[Resolved] Axis Bank — Rs 750 account charged wrongly

Rs 750 put in Lien by Axis bank yesterday 18th Dec, 2016

On talking to customer support guy he said it is for violation of minimum balance in the account.

My balance has never went below minimum. On top of that I have a very big Fixed Deposit in my account which should be treated technically as part of my balance itself.

The customer support executive talked very rudely to me as if he is the king and asked me to call after 1/2 hour by giving an excuse that the system is not working.

Axis bank impounded Rs.1000note. Am I eligible to get credit for the same. Image attached. I heard from someone that RBI rules clearly says that customer should credit if it is not his mistake. Please help.
