This is to bring into your kind consideration that the banking experience for last has turned out to be worst. The behavior of the loan staff and bank Manger has turned out very inappropriate for me. This letter is in regard to the incident that took place on 27 May 2022 at Axis Bank Dhanbad City Centre .On the mentioned date, I went to your branch for final settlement of my father personal loan and for which I had to report to loan department . As my query was regarding the loan final settlement but the staff behaving rudely and not giving proper information and speak very harshly. Even i went to the bank Manager but the behaviour of bank Manager is also very rude.
