Axis Bank — rude response from customer care representative

I called up the customer care service for Axis Bank at [protected] to ask about the credit card status on 16th July 2018. They told me to contact my branch and gave me the contact number which was[protected]. I would like to mention here that the representative whom i spoke to at [protected] was very professional and gave all the information I needed.

When I called my main branch at[protected], a female representative spoke on the call with a very rude voice and just told "What do you want?". To this, when I said that i wanted to talk about my credit card, she said "Yes, tell what you need" in a very rude tone. For this, when I said that this not the way to talk to the customer, she disconnected the call. When I called back, she heard my voice and connected the call to a different representative. I asked to talk to her and asked her name. She said her name was Neeta. I don't know if this is her real name, but I would like to place a complaint against her for rude behavior with the customer.

I didn't even get the solution for my query for credit cards.

I would like mention here that representatives like these will spoil the name of a company. I want Axis Bank to take up necessary actions for this and keep me posted on the same.

When I called this number, a female representative received my call and asked in a very rude tone "What do you want?" . I ignored this tone and told her that is need to talk about credit card details. She was very rude again and said "Yeah, what do you want?" . This was very insulting to me. The way she spoke is not the way a customer should be treated. When I asked her what her name was, she disconnected my call. When called the same number back[protected], she received again talk in the same way. When asked her name again she connected my call to a different representative. I asked that representative to connect me back to her. After that, she told me her name is Neeta. I don't know if this is her real name but I want Axis bank to take strict actions against her and also keep me posed about the same.

If this the way Axis bank treats it's customers, then you will surely loose your customers.

I Do not have any demat account with AXIS Bank, still they charged me 708 rupees as consolidated DP Charges. and without any prior notification/alert.
