[Resolved] Axis Bank — rudely manners of bank staff and guard | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, Today morning date 1/12/2018 I went to axis bank branch- Sector 15 Rohini Delhi for updation of my aadhar card after there. The security guard told us that the Aadhar employee is on leave for 15 Days. There was no information attached of their leave customers had been waiting since '6' O clock for aadhar updation. After some time one of Axis bank employees came and talking in rudely manner.I said to him there should be other substitute in absence of employees. We are not getting money for this he said.He also told us that complaint where you want. So I just want know what kind of help you are giving to the customers. Directly or indirectly customer suffers. So please 🙏🙏 help us for not facing these kinds of problem in future. Thanking You. Was this information helpful? | |||
