[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Saving Account / Closed Personal Loan EMI

I have opened an Axis Bank Saving Account to PAY EMI with Zero Balance Account. While opening the account i have informed that no minimum balance is required until I have the Personal loan is Closed but every month they are deducting a consolidated charges.

Secondly I closed my Personal Loan In the month of February and a NOC is sent to my mail id. But in March the are 4 Check bounce charges against the closed personal loan. I wrote a mail to customer care with my concerns with NOC as proof of attachment. It is being 15 days. Customer care people are asking me to sent a mail to loan department and i did the same.
But till now i didn't get any response from either customer care or loan department. It is almost more than a week.

Even the personal loan also closed after i raise a complaint in Consumer complaints forum(Same Portal). After paying my outstanding the loan was closed after two months.

Axis Bank Online support system worst than any thing. I will rate 0/10.
Below are the charges for closed loan.

The charges of Rs. 945.24 dated[protected] are debited towards Shortfall in consolidated charges and the detailed summary are as mentioned below :

Axis bank sent a mail on 6th April, mentioned they need 5 working days to resolve the issue. But till now no action is taken.
