[Resolved] Axis Bank — Saving account - imps transfer - money deduction | |||
Hello sir, Please help here. I am following up with axis bank customer care from 8 days. This is regarding account on my name: harish mangtani with customer id: [protected] Complain numbers till now: [protected] and 24518920 I am using axis bank from 5 years, never was so disappointed like in last 10 days. From axis app any imps transaction i am doing it is not completing and my money is getting deducted. On 17th august - 2500 got deducted, benificary didnt get it till today, neither money came back to my account. Yesterday transferred 10000 to my mother, money deducted - she didnt get it i didnt get it back either. I have lost 12500 rupees liquid money - benificary didnt get it. I dont have money left to transfer money - what should i do now? Please resolve above 2 queries asap and immediately close my account I donot want to continue with your bank at all and make sure nonbody in my company sap labs india opens salary account in your back.
