Hi,
Last time i have called the phone banking to make sure that the same alerts pack on my number should be de activated. And i felt ok when agent informed that he has taken the request[protected].
But today i have been charged with 15rupees again and when i called phone banking officer sumit said me that i can even de activate then by going to any nearest at or branch.
Why was the information not provided to me in the first call that i have the other options?
Is that my fault that the agent did not provided me full information?
And sumit disconnected my call so nicely by talking to me and made it so natural.
So this the kind of service which axis bank offers?

And at the end i get this kind of response even when bank agent has done the mistake and other other agent disconnected the call.
Hats off for the service u guys provided me.
I would surely curse banks servicing agents who gave a nice lesson and a worst service ever.
Would definitely go ahead to make this a serious one.
