My cheques bearing nos. 252297 & 252298 of chennai gt branch drawn in favour of home loan were repeatedly returned stating that 'drawers signature to operate account not received'. I am maintaining the sb a/c no. [protected] right from the beginning and no cheques were sofar returned. The reply furnished by the bank authority is very much shocking; without having my signature, whether the bank can issue me a cheque book or permit me to operate a/c. Severe action against the erring official is requested. Otherwise i shall be forced to take legal action.

Updated by TS Subramanian Please read out the complaint carefully and get a report from the branch concerned and then furnish a reply. It is the proper way. Since I am having a complaint against the erring bank official, the matter has to be attended to by your side only.
