My self Anilkumar Chandubhai Patel enjoying SB A/c. facility since 26/06/2008. Now I have submit service request form to Shri Rajan (Help desk) Axis Bank, V V Nagar (Anand ) as on 27/02/2019 for add of 2nd name my wife Ritaben Anilkumar Patel & change of nominee name of my son Naitikbhai Anilkumar Patel.
Now more than two months over till date this matter unclear. For this matter I have visited more than 10 times your above branch. So take necessary action in this matter and update information on my cell no : [protected].
