[Resolved]  Axis Bank — send other credit card not what I requested

So, one of you agent called me and ask to get credit card, i said i already have credit card and he was "sir you can other one its free no joining fee its lifetime free". So accept and he came home and said card will neo credit card. So we fill form and after few days i get text for vistara card so i called him about this and he said “that’s fine sir don’t worry card will come to you that’ll neo. After few day i got vistara credit card, so again i called him and he was like “sorry sir but now you have to use vistara only”. Now i don’t want any of your card and what is solution for this? Complaint no.[protected].
