Axis Bank — settlement of my credit card

This is to inform you that i am siddharth dhingra with my credit account no. Xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-0501 which is connected to your bank since 4 years through the company named tlc (Tech live connect) and i have been quite punctual regarding my emi's and other payments but in this pandemic i was forced to quit my ex company celebi airport ground handling services and since then i have been dealing with payment issues but now as i have joined the next company...
I am geared up to pay the rest amount now it would be great if you break that into certain installments or i can pay 30% of the total amount which is 75000 so that it becomes more convenient for me to pay or else if i go for the closure then what relaxation you can provide to me. Kindly cooperate with me so that our relation can continue on good note. Kindly revert me on the same.
