[Resolved] Axis Bank — Someone else credit card statement delivering to my inbox | |||
Hi after several reminders to bank thru email, i am not able to check my CC statements, i came to know soon as these statements were not in my name, that means my statements and alerts going to someone else. i writing from my registered email ID only.my request was not taken seriously my Request ID:17326104 to axis bank, my complaint was not taken seriously and i was told to try again with my password.again i explained my issue in mail again they wrote the same thing Are we fools to reply again and again or the staff who reply, uses templates without understanding the NATURE of complaint., and why i am receiving mails and statements on other persons name .
