[Resolved] Axis Bank — sr no 45124150 :account balance deducted after depositing money | |||
Hi axis bank ceo, My account number is [protected] (Gandhinagar branch). Unfortunately, my company is having a salary account with your bank. On 25th sep night i deposited 1000inr in this savings account and after that my balance was showing 164.74 which was supposed to be 1021.64inr. I immediately reported to the customer care executive and they lodged a complain and gave the sr no: 45085357. They told me that they will get back to me in 2 days. After 2 days i asked for a status update for the sr raised. They gave me a new sr no: 45124150 and told me the amount have been blocked as lien amount. Tell me why my amount will be blocked without prior notification and without my authorization? Its pain for customers likes us. If i am not getting my money cleared i will be posting this to all websites and will be taking this to consumer court soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
