[Resolved] Axis Bank — Stupid response from axis bank customer care for my credit card | |||
I have not used my axis credit card for any transaction. but i got charged for annual fee. On june 5, axis credit card agent called me (name: karthick) for my pending due. on that time i had pending charges for rs1700. I said to him that i had no job for last five months and i can't pay. but he gave me one solution. he offered me to join in zero annual free card and then he was ready to re-credit the pending charges. I said ok to him. he told me it will take 10 days. After few days, I called axis customer care. one lady attended my call. she accepted my query. she changed my current address and my card to annual free card. she also said you need to wait 5 more working days for reversal pending fee and you don't need to pay for annual fee. There is no reversal done for my account up to now. I mailed them about my credit cared more than 2 times. they said we can't reverse.I still have pending charge for 3000.
