[Resolved] Axis Bank — Swiping machine complaint | |||
This is from silver crest resort thekkady. We already registered a complaint about our swiping machine. Its didn't working properly. This is a resort so guests all are paying payment by credit card, they are not using cash so it is very difficult to us. The problem of credit card machine is we can take the audit report details but the batch close details is not coming because this problem we can't swipe the card when guest come and gave the card. This is a big problem for us. We already registered a complaint on may 2nd, the complaint registration number is chld[protected]. So please take immediate action about this.
