Hi My Name is Nagaraju from Hyderabad.
I have been serving as Axis bank customer from past 10 years.
So they approached me 2 years back to take Tata AIG health insurance. And they promised like flat premium (14489 Rs) upto the age of 55 years and mentioned in broacher also,
So based on my finance situation and future plan, i have taken the policy and completed 2 years successfully.
Now in coming week the policy have renewal date. So now they called me and updating like policy rate was increased by Tata Aig so if you want to continue pay 18114Rs or we have new policy with 13500rs. You can take this new policy and start as fresh.
Where am loosing my seniority.
But here am not sure why they promised to customer (even it is clearly mentioned in broacher as well see in attachment) and now they are cheating and throwing ball to Tata AIG.
I did not take policy directly from Tata AIG. It is completely customized policy by Aixs. Without having future plan Aixs promised to customer ?
Here Aixs completely cheating their customers and making them to choose other policy where customer are loosing their benefits.
Where I contacted with RM and other guys they are also not having complete knowledge and not giving proper reason why the promise was broken..
Like this Axis is cheating how many members?. is it correct way of treating their valuable customers ?
