The problem is regarding collecting of property registry document. I am the co-applicant of the my brother's home loan, he is out of country as of now. as co-applicant I had close the loan account and requested for document back on bhopal loan center. during the loan closing process, customer representative of branch never inform me about applicant is also required for collecting the document but surprisingly when I go to the bhopal loan account center after the month of closing the loan for collecting the registry document, she told that applicant also required. I specifically conform that applicant is in USA and I am only person (co-applicant) to collect the document at the time of loan closing process also even in confirm through the tollfree customer care as well (if required we can check the call record of that time). But now they told that applicant also required for collecting the document. I got such bad experience from Axis bank staff bcoz they dont know the process and policy and customer is suffering due to unawareness of process. I never expect such bad experience from the Axis bank Please suggest what next... Was this information helpful? | |||
