Dear sir/madam I have a personal loan account with you Account no: PPR[protected]. I have not been able to make the EMI Payments due to personal reasons. My parents have been receiving THREATENING calls from "Babu Reddy - [protected]" informing that there would be a court case, and I would be in jail, recently My Father under went a by pass surgery(Open heart surgery) and also has BP and Diabetes and due to the threatening calls from the above stated person, due to which my Parents is unable to sleep or take proper rest. Also stating that, I am not receiving any calls from the bank or recovery agents. parents have already stated that to call and reach me over the phone, however he is still reaching out to my parents and not to me.
