[Resolved] Axis Bank — to close the savings account no.[protected] | |||
I have requested to your bank to close my account on 22nd february 2018 due to the missbehavior of your representative, but they didn't close my account. I visit the branch on 3rd april 2018 they told me that your dp account is not closed so we can not closed your account and advise me to go to sector 16 noida to close the dp account. I went to sector 16 noida branch and take the no objection certificate, than i go to your branch on 7th april and hand over the noc with a letter. I am sorry to write you that my account is not closed yet. It is requested you that close my account and give me the balance amount to me. Thanking you Was this information helpful? | |||
