In the past one month I have spoken to 5 of the customer care
executives and I have not got one satisfactory response from either of
them as I had enquired about my total credit card payment till date,
so as to close it.
One of the executives had called me after I put a mail to the concerned department explaining me in detail as to how the
process works and had assured me that I had to pay a sum of 24424 to
clear off all my dues.
I have made the payment, before the due date,
still an outstanding amt of 4356 is reflecting in my axis bank app. I
discussed this with one of the executives and he told me that I had to
pay 19 k additional now to close my card. But while explaining it on mail he has mentioned that 4356 is the excess amt I have paid which will get
adjusted against the next fresh transaction I make.
Still nobody tells me if I can close my card now, as promised earlier.
I want to register a complaint on the axis site also but there is some
issue with your grievance redressal page as its not moving forward to
the second step.
Really sad for the kind of response I am getting as nobody is clear and everyone has a different take on the issue.
