[Resolved] Axis Bank — Transaction failure - lost rs. 500 /- | |||
On nov 1st i withdrew rs. 10, 000 /- in one transaction. But i got only rs. 9, 500 /- I called customer care over phone and reported the incident. Executive advised me that the lost money will automatically be credited within 24 hours. But nothing happened. I sent many complaint emails concerning this matter, to customer. [protected]@axis.com Still too no response, other than some auto-generated mails with different addresses. Now its reaching nearly one month. Poor service. Was this information helpful? | |||
