[Resolved] Axis Bank — Transaction got cancelled yet wrong debit of Rs.2000/- | |||
Service request number: 21883068, 23470064 I am a so called priority customer of Axis Bank. There was a transaction made on April'16 for 20, 000. Though the transaction says successful, I didn't receive any amount in the ATM. As per their request I raised a dispute form and produced other evidences. After constant followup after so many months, Nowin Jul'16 they say that they cannot do anything about it. Pleaase advise me of anything else I can do about it.
