[Resolved]  Axis Bank — transaction status 'suspect'

I hold a current account with the axis bank - burdwan branch (West bengal). I initiated payment via net banking (Imps) for 2 associates on nov 1, 2019 amounting to inr 21, 000.00 and inr 14, 000.00 respectively. Whilst the money has been debited from my account, the beneficiaries are yet to receive it. The transaction status is mentioned as 'suspect'. I have approached the branch and the customer care but this remains to be resolved to this date (Nov 7, 2019). I humbly request you to kindly do the needful and credit the money back to my account. Thanking you in anticipation.
