Hello sir,

Yesterday i have initiated one imps transaction from my axis bank account to kotak bank account but still amount is not credited with my kotak bank account.

I my account balance has been deducted for no reasons, i ried to contact them call is not connecting from my number, later it is' every call they charging for 2:50 2 rupess 50 paise, bank deducted 600 from my account, i spent 100 rupes over phone call even am not statisfied with reason they provvides, again this month -300 .. so annoyned.
