[Resolved] Axis Bank — Transfer of Ppf account from axis Bank to HDFC Bank

It's been more than like 4 months since I have submitted my request to transfer my ppf account with axis Bank madipakkam Chennai branch to hdfc Madipakkam branch. No action as been taken till date. Each time I visit they claim that they are not able to find the initial account opening form. This is insane. Can u please help resolve this ASAP. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
May 28, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved No communication what so ever has been made by the Bank and branch and when ever I walk in the they are not able to find initial account opening form Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
