[Resolved] Axis Bank — Travel card | |||||
I am denied service from axis bank branch regarding renewal of my expired travel card.infact i raised complaints thorugh axis bank website complaints policy but no one responded. even i raised complaints to nodal officer but they are also irresponsible. I was surprised to have such a service from axis bank nodal officer. there is no way to contact them directly over phone. i have mailed them many a times but there is no response till now. i raised complaint in last month.
