Axis Bank — try to withdraw money, debited from account but not get money from atm machine

Hello sir
I am vijay mahajan from surat. My bank account is in uco bank and it was far away from my home address so i just tried the axis bank atm machine to withdraw money from my uco atm card at limbayat, surat (Date:14/09/2019) with the request of 3000/- but i suddenly get the message of rs.10, 000/- are debited from my account but i did not received the money as well and the amount was debited. So i request to my bank (Uco bank) and axis bank also, they tell me about to wait for 2 months but i did't get the result yet. So i did the complaint against the bank at
Police station they also does't support me. That's why i am complain here for get my rs.10, 000/- back. It was my salary account and that 10, 000/- are lots for me so please help me sir...
