Axis Bank — two fraud transaction done in my savings account and credit card

Working in drreddys labs, i have a account in your bank since 2009, last month january 2018 two frude transaction done in my savings and credit card immediately raise the complaint to customers care and also nearest bank frist one credit card 03/01/2018 3:00 am 10000/- and second one is 05/01/2018 17:30 20000/- in savings account, on two complaint given to axis bank vizianagaram on 08/01/2018 but upto now i not getting my amount in account, this is my account no [protected], and this is my mobile no [protected], [protected], please resolve my problems and issues as early as possible upto 60 days completed, thanking you sir.
