Axis Bank — Unable to Close of my account my account.

My axis bank ac no. is [protected] I want to close my account for so long but was unable due to the charges. I called today to the bank they are saying it is now 12428 rs. Please please please help me. I can not give this much amount to close it. Moreover the bank told me if I will not close it soon it is going to keep on increasing with MAB charges plus 18% Gst.
