I had received axis bank credit card but when i am trying to do any transaction it is showing that your mobile number is not update with us for online transaction.
And customer support is saying that your email is not updated in records and i have to go to axis bank branch and i can only update email from there.
Whereas i am receiving all communication from axis bank on my registered email address and email address is also reflecting on mobile app.
If email is already registered then how can i make update request..and all kyc is done using aadhar and each and everything is updated correctly then why such type of issues is created for customer.. how dan a working person visit bank in working hours?
And when everything is going digital then how can customer support cant help for such a silly issue. Was this information helpful? |
