[Resolved] Axis Bank — Unauthorised billing against closed account | |||
I have already completed closure formalities with AXIS bank, Sion branch in May 2016. Still account not closed and charging me negative balance. I personally met the manager on 2 occasions and also called him a couple of times to request to resolve this matter and close the account and not to trouble me by charging negative balance which will hamper my reputation in financial world. I also spoke to the ombudsman for the same and requested him too . Inspite of requesting repeatedly to the manager and the ombudsman, still I happen to recieve sms daily showing negative balance which has reached almost 5000/- now. Its totally unprofessional on the part of the bank to behave in such an irresponsible way. Kindly intervene and resolve. Was this information helpful? | |||
