Axis Bank — Unauthorised deduction from my salary account | |||||
Axis bank has deducted an amount of rs.570 from my account on the basis of a failed transaction which took place 6 months back. They have deducted this amount twice and after multiple follow-up they reverted one of the deduction but i am still waiting for a revert of the second deduction. Its already been more than 6 months now and i have dropped around 20-30 emails for the same to axis bank customer care and got only one response that "we are working on it and we will revert back soon". I have called them multiple times to explain the issue and every time i am being given a new complaint number to hold on. Its really frustrating to follow up with these people for a minimal amount of rs. 570. However, its about the service which i am struggling for, so that i don't face such issues again and again. Request if this forum can help me in resolving my long pending issue with axis bank. Was this information helpful? | |||||
