[Resolved] Axis Bank — unauthorized charge by bank

Axis bank has charged me rs. 601.31/- on august 9, 2018 and calls is consolidated dp charge. I do not understand what this charge is for and i haven't even been informed about a charge. I want the bank to refund the amount to me immediately. How could they charge me without my permission? The bank should atleast inform me before hand and check if i'd like to go ahead with them charging my account. They cant simply take away money from my account without informing me.
