On 26th march 2022, I had transferred 3000 rupees to my axis bank. But when I checked my balance it showed only 1500. I called Customer care number and they informed me that they as I had updated my debit card, 1770 rupees were deducted for it, but the amount got deducted twice. Neither of the deductions are reflecting on my end (my account statements).
I requested to raise complaint for the same with complaint no. 'SR no. 72651411' but I received a message after 5 working days that it could not be processed. I raised a new request again with complaint no. 'SR no. 72767096' but it got auto closed too.
Still haven't received the additional 1770 rupees which was deducted unfairly from my account, neither the transactions are being reflected in my statements Was this information helpful? |
