[Resolved]  Axis Bank — unauthorized to hold my savings account money for my credit card payment

In this covid-19 pandemic time, axis bank has blocked my monthly maintaining minimum axis bank savings account money 10, 000 (Lien balance) locked 8, 000 for my axis credit card payment. Who has given the authorization to credit card department to hold my savings bank account money. Need to take action on this immediate with effect.
