A horrible experience with axis bank, their given mail ID at web page is showing error message, customer care is bogus mostly wont respond . So customer should take corporate officials personal e mail ID to raise a complain for banking related issue . What is option left when customer care and they will not respond . Grievance portal is design in such a way that you cant raise a service request . Matter need to be inform finance ministry to check the bank system related customer contact and complain related bank services and support . Was this information helpful? | |||||
