this is vijay kumar a axis bank account holder, a/c no [protected] ( nre account )
i have changed my registered mb no thru the atm after that i m getting only transaction alerts but i am not getting any netsecure code on my mb no +91-[protected], i have confirmed net secure code is going to my old mb no +91-[protected] which is no more my mb no and on internet banking page also showing my old mb no so i requested to change my registered new mb no +91-[protected] in my nearest branch as gangoowala ( branch code -2000 ), from the last 13 days i m going to branch but bank staff not entertaining at all dear sir i know the present situation of bank so i am completely coperating with bank staff as from the last 13 days i m continuously going in bank for this, for your information this not the single job for me, every day i cant spend in bank as they are not ready to help . every day they give new excuse. behaviour of your most of the bank staff of branch gangoowala is completely root as i believe
as u know i cant do any internet banking without netsecure code and it is compromise with safety of account .
on email conversation with your customer service u are saying my mb no have changed for net secure code and u are advicing me to contact with service provider . my mb no till now is not changed for netsecure code and still my old no showing in internet banking page in personnel detail
plz find the attach screenshot for your reference
again i request to help to solve the problem or advice me i[censored] cant solve the problem as i have seen axis bank customer service and bank staff of branch code ( 2000 ) not interested at all now i am fully frustrated with your service and your staff . on telephony conversation with customer service giving me the special kind of information that is very difficult to understand me as per that my accounts nre and nro have linked with one id n nro account login id is the master id in which as per that my both account will show n when i m login with nro account id showing only one account detail i request u not to try the unnecessary change without advice n confirming me in my account
