[Resolved] Axis Bank — Unjustifiable charges in debited by bank in savings account | |||
I am maintaining two accounts with axis bank. The bank keep changing rules about charges on minimum balance, previously it was quarterly and suddenly changed to monthly. My relationship manager informed me it is required to maintain on customer id level. But on 20-may-2017 i have noticed a debit of inr 350 + 52.50 in my account number ending with 9023 though i am having sufficient balance at customer id level."
