Axis Bank — Unjustified account block

CREDIT CARD NO. [protected] NAME :- ADITYA AWASTHI USED AMOUNT WAS:- Rs.12000, now the out standing is Rs.19000. 3 MONTHS BACK I requested them to close my account of credit card and iI am ready to pay my usage.but they didnt, now on the behalf of that they blocked my account and my the lean amount is Rs.-39000 which is unjustified.this is mental harassment for me, i calling customer care but they are not giving me proper solution for this. pls help me into this matter., I can mail you the copy of proff.
