[Resolved] Axis Bank — Unnecessary deduction of demat charges | |||
It is brought to your attention that i am not using the services of the trading account provided by axis bank..The same was forced upon me while opening salary account through my employer, stating that it is free of cost but conveniently hiding the fact that such charges would come into effect later on.It maybe noted here that the trading account has been inactive from the start. The same has been confirmed by axis direct customer care on my calling them. However, my sb account has been debited twice for "consolidated dp charges" as follows: 1) date : 18.4.2015, amount - rs.730.40/- 2) date : 21.5.2016, amount - rs. 744.25/- This unnecessary debiting from my account is unjustified and unfair. It should be noted here the in spite of my account being inactive and in operational they have been unlawfully deducting these charges. Was this information helpful? | |||
