I have Axis Bank account and personal loan.
A) I received an message on 17 Mar 17 which mentioned ₹ 15/- will be deducted from account for VAS i.e. for sms alert of account transactions.
I felt this is waste of money, as there are no prompt sms alerts and anyways as I have Axis app. I can check for details if required. Hence, as mentioned in sms i sent sms to concern number in required format. Still money is deducted for said service, whereas it has to be stopped.
B) I can see deduction of ₹ 575/- from my account on 13 Apr 17 against personal loan. Although proper emi for personal loan is deducted this is additional deduction. I tried calling cust care twice and for my surprise, whenever I chose for loan option i get reply this is incorrect number. Same happens after speaking to customer care executive. When I spoke to executive and asked for this specific query, the person informed me that it will answered by loan dept. Hence my call was transferred to again hear this is incorrect number.
