[Resolved] Axis Bank — unsatisfied service | |||||
Hi Sir/Madam, I am Gurprith Singh, a new priority account holder of your bank at Dum Dum branch with account number [protected] would like to bring your attention regarding your staff behavior and manners, when i wanted to open an account with your bank MR Ramanuj and his boss Goutam Ghosh used to call me everyday for opening an account and promised me that the service will be exceptional and they will come to my home for all my banking needs, As trusting on their words i did open an bank account with axis bank dum dum, But after few days i tried calling ramanuj for my banking needs but he never tuned up and have given me lame excuses so that pissed me off as part of a priority customer i would expect that i will be prioritised, but apparantely i was neglected finally i went to dum dum branch to complain about your staff but no actions were taken by the branch manager i felt unprivileged and was about to close the account it was a disaster experience i been banking with all the good banks including international banks never had this experience it was unacceptable, i wanted to open a gold locker so i asked ramanuj and goutam ghosh about it and i was told that i have to do a fd of atleast 2-5 lakhs which is no where mentioned in your contract they were trying to misguide me and wanted me to open accounts for their benefits as they get incentives while doing so, well i am not here to make your staff happy but to fulfil my banking needs, this is a real harassment i had so much expectation from axis bank but for your staff it was opposite if these carries on you will lose many customers everyday so its a request to take actions against this kind of staff who are making your bank reputation worst, hope my email will be valuable and a serious action will be taken against Ramanuj, Goutam and the bank manager . Apparently i had also a good service from gorabazar branch, As i was misleaded by dum dum branch staff, so i approached gorabazar branch and met Deepak Bhutra the Asst Vice president branch Head, he was such a kind person and realised my problem and appologised for the same on behaf of axis bank, he was able to get me gold locker without any demands, he also helped me to get my passbook which i was not getting from my dumdum branch, would like to appreciate his service and hope he grows up in your organisation as he is valuable asset for you, and i would love to be in relationship with this kind of staff who are always ready to help their customers without any demands.
