[Resolved] Axis Bank — unwarranted feedback on credit card | |||
My axis bank credit card is connected to an auto debit option. Every month, the money is automatically taken from my savings account. However, when i had applied for a home loan to a different nationalized bank, the feedback given by axis (Following due procedure for clearance of home loan) to my bank, was "customer has repeatedly failed to pay credit card bills." customer care is highly unprofessional and irresponsive. As for the concerned branch, the manager is as clueless as it can get. I do not understand where the question of "paying bills" arises, when axis has been automatically deducting from my savings account. Such an irresponsible feedback for a few thousands in interfering with my loan amount of a crores. Please clarify asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
