Axis Bank — Update phone number in internet bnking | |||||
I have visited the bank thrice only for updating my phone number in internet banking. clearly i have mentioned the bank employee my new phone number is not updated and i receive OTP to my previous number. whenever i visit the bank, they assure me it will done. but still it is not resolved yet. From 3 months Iam following up with the bank, i dont know why it is taking so much time. please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I have opened salary account in Koramangala branch mu account number is [protected], in November 2nd week. in the month of january my salary was credited but am unable to withdraw amount from from, i am received message as unauthorized card and card has blocked... Now what i should do i'am suffering without money for my daily use
