I am writing to you today to express my dissatisfaction with the UPI transition of my Axis Bank account. On 06/March/ 2022, I initiated by UPI transaction to transfer INR 50000.00 to Sunity Jewelers By google Pay. However, the money was not credited to the beneficiary's account.
I have checked my account balance and the transaction has been debited from my account. I have also contacted the beneficiary and they have confirmed that they have not received the money.
I have compliant to Google pay team the told me kindly contact to your home branch. Accordingly we had complaint to axis bank our branch. They had taken 11 months for our compliant but it will not resolve yet.
I would like to request that you investigate this matter and take steps to resolve the issue. I would also like to request that you help me for refund the money to my account as soon as possible.
I have enclosed the following documents with this complaint:
A copy of my Axis Bank account statement showing the debited transaction
A copy of the UPI transaction receipt
A copy of the beneficiary's Account statement of fedral bank

would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and get back to me as soon as possible.
