Axis Bank — urgent complaint regarding non-payment of claim and lack of assistance

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with both TATA AIG Health Insurance and your bank, which acted as the intermediary for the policy. Despite submitting all required documents, including original documents, and following the necessary procedures, my claim remains unresolved, and I have not received any communication or assistance from either TATA AIG or your bank.

I have submitted the required documents to TATA AIG in full compliance with their instructions. However, despite several follow-up attempts over the past six months, I have not received any response or updates regarding the status of my claim from TATA AIG. In addition, I have reached out to your bank several times for assistance in resolving this issue, but my concerns have been continuously ignored, and no action has been taken to facilitate or expedite the processing of my claim.

As the intermediary for the policy, I expect your bank to step in and take responsibility in helping me resolve this matter. I have relied on your services to guide and assist me, but at this point, I am left with no assistance from either party, and my claim remains unresolved.

I kindly request that your bank urgently intervene in this matter, and ensure that TATA AIG Health Insurance processes my claim immediately. I expect prompt follow-up and communication regarding the progress of this claim.

Please treat this as an urgent matter and provide a formal response within 7 business days. If this matter is not resolved within the given timeframe, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to relevant authorities.
