[Resolved] Axis Bank — Verbal harassments from one of your employee | |||
Hello, This is Nibedita from Nagpur, I am not a customer of your bank and nor a Axis Bank Credit Card User. But since a month I am getting a call from this Lady from two Numbers [protected], [protected] and she is saying my father has used credit card and has not paid outstanding payments to the bank, after that I gave my father's personal number and cleared to her that I am married now and I don't have any contact with my family since many years for some personal reasons so don't bother me regarding this again. But even after that she is constantly calling me and using very disgusting foul languages and also threatening me. So, my complaint is, how can she call me again and again and threat me when I am not a user of that credit card and nor a guarantor against that card. This is a clear case of harassment from your employee. I can file an FIR against the Lady but first of all I wanted to make aware of this issue to the bank. I hope that you will take strict action against her as soon as possible or else I have to take other serious actions towards her. I also want an apology from the girl. Thank you.
