I had a saving account with Axis bank which was opened in last year 2017, I wanted a credit card of Axis Bank at that point of time, but just because the customer care executive I called i said I will have to open an saving account with Axis Bank then only i will be eligible . I opened the saving account, but then also I got o know I cannot get the credit because of less salary.
Now when I want to close my saving account, I visited to the branch in Malviya Nagar, I met with Harsha, who directly denied to close my saving account instead said I need to pay 6k INR, I request them to wave off the amount, but she denied and ignored for an hour. Later when I asked her the complain id she didnt provide. She said Mam you can leave we will try to wave off.
But till now nothing has been done.
I request consumer complain team to please help me to sort it out this issue, to wave off my negative balance, so that I can close my saving account. Was this information helpful? |
