[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Welcome kit not recieved till now

My account was open one month ago in axis bank udyog vihar Gurgaon.
but till now I didn't received my welcome kit.i log a case 25 days ago they told we resolve with in a 2 days but no response I again sent reminder mail then told we will update you, but still no one Is giving resolution of my problem.

any one can help to get this.
