Axis Bank — why customer will suffer due to your technical error

I am not able to place a request for cheque book. its showing lein reason code.
Before 6-7 days, amount of 481 has been deducted from my account. No amount is pending to deduct Still customer care executive are saying your account balance is in negative. they are saying to visit branch to resolve this lein issue. If we are properly maintaining our account then why you are not updating the correct information with you & making customer fool.
